吉木萨尔县水利局与农村饮水安全供水管理总站签订责任状,将农村饮水安全任务层层分解落实。在农村饮水工程建设中,对工程施工实行全程跟踪检查。同时,建立多元化投入机制,确保资金到位。对已建工程,推行用水户全过程参与,并采取多种形式,开展群众性健康教育。
A responsibility agreements is signed between the Water Resource Bureau of Jimusar County with the Master Station of Drinking Water Supply for the fulfilling of responsibility and intensifying management of safe drinking water supply in rural areas. Whole-process supervision has been undertaken in the construction of drinking water utilities. A multiple sourcing of investment has been applied for satisfying the need of financial resources. Participation of water users is encouraged in water management. Health education has been conducted by various means.
