摘要
分析对比纳米SiO2与淀粉复合浆对纯棉纱和涤棉混纺纱浆纱性能的影响。配制7种纳米SiO2含量不同的淀粉复合浆液,分别对纯棉纱和涤棉混纺纱进行上浆,测试浆纱性能,并进行热重分析。结果表明:纳米SiO2作为浆料添加剂使用时,有利于增强浆液对纤维的粘附性,可有效改善纯棉纱和涤棉纱的浆纱性能;纱线中羟基的含量直接影响纳米SiO2对浆纱性能的改善程度,纳米SiO2对纯棉纱浆纱表面性能和力学性能的改善效果更好。
Effects of sizing property between nano-SiO2 and starch compound size mixture on pure cotton yarn and polyester cotton blended yarn were analysed and contrasted. Seven kinds of starch compound size mixtures with different containing of nano-SiO2 were prepared and used to size pure cotton yarn and polyester cotton blended yarn respectively, sizing property were tested and thermogravimetric analyses were carried out as well. The result shows when applying nano-SiO2 as addition agent it is helpful to strengthen adhesivity between sizing and fibre, sizing property of pure cotton and polyester cotton blended yarn could be improved efficiently. Containing of hydroxy in yarn effects the improvement degree of nano-SiO2 to sizing property. Nano-SiO2 improves pure cotton yarn effect better in sizing surfaee property and mechanical property.
