摘要
对注塑机产品协同设计任务管理功能进行了研究。采用按功能划分和按结构划分相结合的方式对注塑机产品协同设计的任务进行分解,提出了注塑机协同设计层次式递归化任务分解模型,研究了该任务管理所涉及的相关技术,包括任务分解、任务分配、任务协调和任务工作流程的控制等,给出了任务管理系统的网络实现流程。
Functions of collaborated designing task management of the injection-molding machine were studied. By adopting the combination mode of function division and structure division to carry out the decomposition on the task of collaborative design of the injection-molding machine. The layered recursive task decomposition model for collaborative design of the injection-molding machine has been put forward. The various respects related to the task management had been studied, including task decomposition, task distribution, task harmonization and flow control of task work etc. Finally, the network realization procedure of task management system was presented.
