摘要 通过对比测试丝光羊毛与普通羊毛的染色性能,讨论了羊毛经过丝光整理后染色性能的变化和影响其染色性能的因素。实验结果表明:基于上染速率曲线的分析,在染色初期(30min)及较低温度(30~40℃)下,丝光羊毛上染十分迅速,最大染色速率可高于羊毛10倍。丝光羊毛染色基本上不受染料浓度的影响。染浴pH值是丝光羊毛染色中的重要参数,在pH值为4时,染色上染率高,染色稳定,且对丝光羊毛机械强力损失较小。 According to research on the dyeing properties of the mercerized wool and untreated wool, the paper discussed the dyeing properties change after mercerized, the factors that influenced its dyeing properties. The results showed that based on the analysis of the dyeing speed curve, at the early time (30 min) or at a low temperature (30 40 ℃ ), the dyeing rate of the mercerized wool was very high, the maximum of it was more than ten times of the untreated wool ; the concentration of the dyestuff had little effect on its dyeing, but the pH value was a very important factor. When the pH value was 4, the dyeing uptake was high, the effect was deep-set, and the strength loss can fall.
