可持续性城市环境规划设计的决策支持技术与方法

摘要 该文介绍了可持续性城市环境规划设计的概念,分析了与之相关的决策需求,并据此将当代新兴的城市环境规划设计决策支持技术与方法分为5类:视觉表达类、互动交流类、过程控制类、环境分析类和环境预测类;随后结合实例分别探讨了以上各类决策支持技术与方法的功能和适用范围;最后提出未来需要继续开发高仿真的三维视觉化技术、高效率的网络交流技术以及高可靠的环境分析预测技术,与此同时应当使新的决策支持工具操作界面更加简明、涵盖功能更加全面、信息处理更加快速。该文的目的在于为城市规划设计决策和管理人员在可持续性城市环境项目决策过程中选择或利用适合具体项目需求的决策支持技术与方法提供有益的参考。 This article introduces the concept of planning design of sustainable urban environment, analyzes the relevant need for decision, and hereby classifies modern new decision technologies and methods of the planning into five categories: visualized expression, interactive communication, process control, environmental analysis and environmental prediction. Then it discusses functions and applied realm of each category with cases, Lastly, it proposes that it is necessary to continue to develop the high simulative 3D visualization tools, high efficient web communication tools and high reliable environmental analysis tools in the future arid to improve new decision support tools with more concise operating interface, more comprehensive functions and faster information processing. It is to provide useful references for the relevant decision-makers, such as planners and administrators, to select or apply technologies and methods suitable for specific project.
