摘要
目的:为提高成人斯蒂尔病(AOSD)临床特点的认识并探讨中西医结合治疗的疗效。方法:通过对一例产后初发AOSD的病例的临床特点分析,观察雷公藤合小柴胡汤联合激素治疗疗效并复习相关文献。结果:高热、一过性皮疹、多关节痛是AOSD常见的临床表现,没有特异性的实验室检查。诊断没有单一的指标,需参考临床诊断标准,但需排除感染、肿瘤和其他风湿免疫性疾病。雷公藤合小柴胡汤联合激素治疗疗效肯定。结论:AOSD临床无特异性表现,容易误诊误治,中西医结合治疗效果好,可缩短激素疗程,巩固疗效,防止复发。
Objective：To improve the awareness of clinical characteristics of adult-onset Still＇ s disease （AOSD） and explore the efficacy of combinaton of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） with Western Medicine. Methods： Through analysis of the clinical features of a early postpartum AOSD, observe the efficacy of combinaton of Tripterygium polyglycosid and Xiaochaihu decoction with hormone in the treatment of it and review the related aliterature. Results ： High spiking fevers, evanescent rash and arthritis is common clinical manifestations of AOSD, Laboratory tests are nonspecific. There is no single diagnostic test for AOSD, and diagnosis is based on clinical criteria and usually necessitates the exclusion of infectious, neoplastic and the other rheumatic immunologic patients. There is a good efficacy in the treatment of combinaton of Tripterygium polyglycosid and Xiaochaihu decoction with hormone. Conclusion：AOSD is no special clinical manifestations and misdiagnosed easily. There is a good efficacy in the treatment of the combination of TCM with western medicine. It can be shortened during taking hormone and effect can be consolidated, prevent recurrence.
