摘要
采用三层共挤吹塑工艺制备了聚乙烯(PE)保鲜膜。其中.A(表层)、B(芯层)、C(表层)各层添加3.0份的遮光及抗紫外线母料;表层(A,C层)的高密度聚乙烯与低密度聚乙烯质量比为1:1;芯层(B层)线性低密度聚乙烯、边角料、CaCO_3质量比为100:15:30。适当的工艺条件下吹塑的PE隔离保鲜膜对80~100℃的轮胎成型前的胶片隔离、保鲜效果好。
By 3-layer co-extrusion , PE isolation & fresh-keeping film was prepared. Shading and anti-UV agent in A(surface layer) ,B(corn layer), C(surface layer) layer of film are added 3.0 phr respectively. The mass ratio of HDPE and LDPE in surface layer (A, C layer) is 1 : 1, and the mass ratio of LLDPE, production process scrap and CaCO3 in core layer (B layer)is 100 : 15 : 30 . For 80-100 ℃ tire-sheet before forming of tire, PE isolation & fresh-keeping film blown under proper process condition has good isolation & fresh-keeping properties.
