摘要
随着银川市经济快速增长,用水量和污水排放量急剧增加,寻找城市水环境良性循环的途径,己成为银川市水环境可持续发展迫切需要解决的问题。本文通过对银川市中水资源利用现状的调查,指出中水利用是银川市水环境可持续发展的一条途径。针对中水利用普遍存在的诸如成本高、效益低、水价体系不合理等不足之处,提出了相应的解决方法和建议。
With the rapid economic development and water demand/sewerage discharge increasing, it is necessary to find a good way for the sustainable development of water environment in Yinchuan City. By investigation in the reclaimed water resources, this paper pointed out that the reclaimed water utilizaation was a sustainable development way of water environment in Yinchuan City. Considering the deficiencies of reclaimed water use such as high cost, low benefits, and unreasonable water cost system, this paper also gave the corresponding solution method and suggestions.
