重组人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶对电离辐射损伤小鼠免疫细胞的影响(论著)

摘要 目的:探讨电离辐射对免疫细胞的影响及重组人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(rhCuZnSOD)的抗辐射作用。方法:观察60Coγ射线5~7Gy照射前后不同时段给予rhCuZnSOD对小鼠免疫细胞的影响。结果:电离辐射对小鼠免疫细胞有明显的损伤作用。与照射对照组比较,rhCuZnSOD可减轻电离辐射对小鼠免疫细胞的影响,其作用包括增强脾T淋巴细胞对刀豆蛋白A诱导的增殖反应,提高脾自然杀伤细胞的活性,升高全脾淋巴细胞及外周血白细胞和淋巴细胞的数量。辐射前后给药组的效果优于辐射前或辐射后给药组。结论:rhCuZnSOD对防止免疫细胞的辐射损伤有一定作用。 Aim: To investigate the radioprotective effect of recombinant superoxide dismutase (rhCuZnSOD) in irradiation damaged mice model. Method: The mice were given rhCuZnSOD before and/or after whole body 5 ̄7 Gy γ ray irradiation and the changes of immunocyte activity and count number were observed and compared in differently treated groups of these mice. Results: As compared with those of the irradiation control groups, the rhCuZnSOD showed significant beneficial effects on immunocytes, these included enhancing the proliferative response of T lymphocyte to concanavalin A and the activity of natural killer cells in spleen, increasing the number of whole spleen lymphocyte, leucocyte and lymphocyte counts in peripheral blood. Conclusion: rhCuZnSOD has radioprotective effect on irradiation damaged mice especially when it is given both before and after irradiation.
