摘要
木素醌型结构是影响高得率浆H2O2漂白效率的主要因素,利用β-O-4型邻醌木素模型物代替复杂的纸浆中的木素。采用GC-MS法分析该β-O-4型邻醌木素模型物与H2O2反应的降解产物,发现降解产物愈创木酚和乙酰基愈创木酚等苯酚结构会被H2O2氧化成醌甲基或邻醌发色基团,从而导致H2O2漂白效率不高。在加入酚羟基保护剂后,利用紫外-可见光分光光度法对反应液中的邻醌物质进行了定量分析,在此基础上对木素醌型结构与H2O2反应的机理进行了探讨。
Lignin quinoid structure is a major factor influencing high yield pulp H2O2 bleaching efficiency. β-O-4 type lignin ortho-quinone model was used to replace complex lignin in pulp. Through GC-MS analysis of the degradative products by β-O - 4 adjacent quinone lignin model and H2O2 reaction, it was found that the phenol structure of such degradative products as guaiacol and acetyl guaiacol were oxygenized by H2O2 into quinone methyl or adjacent quinone chromophoric group resulting in low H2O2 bleaching efficiency. After addition of phenolic hydroxyl group protective agent, the quantitative analysis of ortho-quinone material in the reactant liquor was carried out with visible light spectrophotometric method and the reactive mechanism of lignin quinoid structure and H2O2 was investigated.
