摘要
物流采购管理部门经常进行供应商选择与采购量分配方面的工作。如果有一种工具能够帮助管理人员利用先前的采购经验对当前的采购行为做出决策,这将是非常有益的。文章在模糊的决策环境下,针对战术采购决策建立了一个基于案例推理方法和多目标数学规划的供应商选择与采购量分配集成模型,并给出相应的应用案例。
Selecting the vendor and allocating the purchase is one of the most important responsibilities of the purchasing department in a company. It is a benefit if there is a tool that can help the decision-maker make the decision according previous purchasing experiments. This paper focus on the operation level of decision about purchasing, proposes a model of vendor selection based on Case-Based Reasoning, and then gives an example.
