摘要
当顾客遇到缺货客户企业不受损失或损失很小时,缺货可能对企业和降低整个供应链库存成本有利。文章在原始的VMI模型基础上提出了允许缺货条件下的VMI模型。并比较分析了允许缺货和不允许缺货情况下的VMI模型,为实施VMI的供货商企业是否选择缺货提供了选择条件,给出了相关条件单位缺货成本上限的计算公式。
