摘要
近年来,中国股票市场保持上升的势头,同时导致股票市场变异性风险的出现。具体原因主要有上市公司质量不高、信息披露不及时、投资者结构不合理的内在原因和市场监管不力的外在原因。消除变异性风险的途径是消除变异性风险因素,应提高上市公司质量、改善投资者结构和加强监管。
Recently, the China＇s stock market maintains increasing trend, at the same time it leads to the abnormal risk in stock market. The reasons include the low quality of listed conpanies, the unseasonable information announcement, the unreasonable investor structure and the ineffective market supervision. The method of eliminating the abnormal risk is to eliminate the abnormal risk factors. We should raise the quality of listed companies, perfect the investor＇s structure and market supervision.
