用氯氧化锆生产排放废料制备层状结晶二硅酸钠及其性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用氯氧化锆生产过程中排放的稀碱液、酸性硅渣辅加少量石英砂,研究了δ-层状结晶二硅酸钠的制备工艺,得到较佳合成工艺条件为:反应液配比M=n(S iO2)/n(Na2O)=2.0,煅烧温度为650℃~750℃,结晶成型时间20 m in^30 m in;对优化条件下制备的样品进行了性能测试,结果表明,钙、镁离子交换量以CaCO3、MgCO3计分别为349.1 mg/g、410.4 mg/g,样品经X射线衍射分析为δ-层状结晶二硅酸钠,各项指标达到GB/T 19421-2003标准;同时可从硅渣预处理工艺中回收附加值高的锆英砂和偏锆酸钠等锆组分,并可返回氯氧化锆生产系统二次使用。 Process technology for manufacture of δ -layered crystalline sodium disilicate using dilute alkali liquor and acidic silica residue, which are waste effluents from zirconium oxychloride production, with supplement of a small amount of quartz sand was studied. Optimal operating conditions are: mole ratio,n ( SiO2 )/n ( Na2O ) = 2. 0 ; calcining temperature, 650 ℃ - 750 ℃ and time for crystallization 20 min - 30 min. Performance test of the product showed that the Ca^2 + and Mg^2 + exchange capacity in terms of CaCO3 and MgCO3 achieves 349. 1 mg/g and 410. 4 mg/g respectively. X - ray diffraction analysis on thee product sample showed that the product is really δ - layered crystalline sodium disilicate. All quality indices of the product achieve requirement of GB/T 19421 - 2003. Besides, during the silica residue pretreatment, zirconium -containing constituents, such as zirconium quartz sand and sodium meta -zirconate, which have high incremental value can be recovered and recycled back to the zirconium oxychloride manufacture process.
