摘要
阐述了热挤压模具的失效形式,确定热挤压模具应具备的材料特性,根据汽车轮毂轴管热挤压工艺特点和B2钢(4Cr2MoVNi)同5CrMnMo材料特性对比,最终得出B2钢在热硬性、热韧性、高温热稳定性等方面远远高出5CrMnMo,热挤压模具采用B2钢寿命高出5CrMnMo十倍以上。
The failure modes of hot extrusion die were introduced, and the material properties required of hot extrusion die were also determined. By analyzing the hot extrusion process characteristics of automobile hub axle tube, and comparing the properties of B2 steel (4Cr2MoVNi) with 5CrMnMo, the conclusion has been acquired that B2 steel have many advantages over 5CrMnMo on hot hardness, hot toughness and heat stability. Using B2 steel as the hot extrusion die material, the die life was 10 times longer than that by using 5CrMnMo.
