摘要
[目的]观察纯中药制剂痰热清在治疗尘肺合并肺部感染的疗效。[方法]2007年2月对80例尘肺合并肺部感染病人随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别给予痰热清、阿奇霉素治疗,并分析其疗效。[结果]治疗组临床总有效率为85.00%;对照组临床总有效率为87.50%;两组疗效差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。治疗组咳嗽、咯痰显效率分别为85.00%、89.74%;对照组分别为60.00%、64.86%;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]痰热清治疗尘肺合并肺部感染疗效可靠,是有效治疗尘肺合并肺部感染的纯中药制剂。
[Objective]To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine tanreqing in the treatment of pneumoconiosis com- bined with lung infection. [Methods]80 patients with Pneumoconiosis combined with lung infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group from February in 2007. Tanreqing injection and azithromycin were given to the patients in the 2 groups respectively,the effect was analyzed. [Results]The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 85%： while in the control group was 88% ;There was no significant differenceof the effect between the two groups （ P 〉0.05）On coughing and sputum, the remarkable efficacy in the treatment group was 85% and 90% respectively; while in the control group was 60% and 65% respectively;there was a significant difference between the 2 groups （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Tanreqing is effective on the treatment of pneumoconiosis combined with lung infection,and an effective Preparation of Chinese Traditional Herbs.
