抗磷脂综合征并发局部血肿二例

摘要 抗磷脂综合征（antiphospholipid syndrome，APS）是一种以动静脉血栓形成、习惯性流产以及血小板减少为主要临床表现的非炎症性自身免疫性疾病，非抗凝剂引起出血或血肿的病例罕见，现将我院确诊的2例APS并发局部血肿中的1例报告如下，另1例见表1。
