摘要
通过对气化炉筒体接管裂纹产生的原因进行分析,针对筒体为SA387Gr11CL2复合316L的材料,制定合理的修复方案和热处理工艺,实施后,复检合格,成功修复气化炉缺陷。
Analyzed the reasons for generation of the cracks on gasifier cylinder. Based on the cylinder being made of SA387Gr11CL2 compounded 316L material, rational repairing schedule and heat treatment process were made out and audited by welding experts. During repairing, limited by the in-situ conditions, the cracks must be eliminated to ensure welding quality, and the operation must be taken according to the repairing schedule. The welding was checked to be qualified, and the defects of the gasifier were eliminated successfully.
