摘要
文章对高精度印制板加工过程中的关键环节进行了分析,提出了工艺控制要求,可以明显改进加工质量,提高合格率。
It analyses the key procedures of high precise printed circuit board processing, and further gives us the requirements on the processing technology that can obviously improve processing quality and increase its yield.
