摘要
针对项目成本管理在施工企业成本管理中的重要性,从项目施工的各个阶段就如何进行项目成本管理进行了探讨,指出应严格按项目成本预算书对项目施工过程进行全面控制,从而使施工企业达到降低成本支出,提高经济效益的目的。
On the basis of the importance of the project cost management in the construction enterprise cost management, the paper discusses how to operate the project cost management at the various stages of the project construction. The author points the project construction process should be completely controlled according to the project cost budget document, so as to help the enterprises reduce the cost outcome and improve the economic efficiency.
