摘要
目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定昆明山海棠片中雷公藤甲素的含量。方法:采用 Diamonsil^(TM) C_(18)色谱柱(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为乙腈-水(25:75),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长220 nm。结果:雷公藤甲素进样量在0.143～0.858μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率(n=6)为97.56%,RSD=0.8%。结论:本法操作简便、准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于昆明山海棠片中雷公藤甲素的含量测定。
Objective： To develop an HPLC method for determination of triptolide in Kunming Shanhaitang tablets. Methods： DiamonsilTM C 18 column （ 5 μm,250 mm × 4.6 mm） was adopted, mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water（ 25 ： 75 ） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min ^- 1 , UV detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results： The triptolide was linear within the range of 0. 143 - 0. 858 μg（ r = 0. 9999）, and the average recovery（ n = 6） was 97.56%, with the RSD of 0. 8%. Conclusions：The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible. It may be used for the quantitative determination of triptolide in Kunming Shanhaitang tablets.
