摘要
目的:建立测定苦参药材中苦参碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用 Alltech Alltima C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温25℃;流动相为0.02 mol·L^(-1)三乙胺(醋酸调节 pH9.5)-乙腈(60:40),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为220nm。结果:线性范围为0.01~2.0 mg·mL^(-1);稳定性试验 RSD 为0.57%(n=5);平均回收率为99.42%(n=6);重复性试验RSD 为1.78%(n=6)。结论:本方法快速简便、准确,重复性好。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of matrine in Sophora flavescens Ait. Method:The column:Alltech Alltima C18 (250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm),column temperature:25 ℃. The mobile phase: 0. 02 mol ·L^-1 triethyl amine ( adjusted to pH = 9.5 by acetic acid) - acetonitrile ( 60: 40 ), flow rate : 1.0 mL min ^-1. The detection wavelength : 220 nm. Result : The linear range 0.01 - 2.0 mg· mL ^-1, stability RSD 0.57% ( n = 5), the average recovery 99.42% ( n = 6 ), repetition RSD 1.78% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion: The method is simple and fast, the results are accurate and reproducible.
