摘要
对氨基苯甲醚是一种医药和染料的重要中间体.研究以Pd/C催化剂催化水合肼还原对硝基苯甲醚合成对氨基苯甲醚的工艺.结果表明:对0.05 mol的对硝基苯甲醚,反应介质为异丙醇,反应温度为70℃,物料比为n(对硝基苯甲醚)∶n(水合肼)=1∶4,反应时间为130 min,产率为88.45%.产物经熔点测定、元素分析和红外光谱确证.
p-Anisidine is an important dye and a pharmaceutical intermediate. Synthesis of p-Anisidine was studied by reducing p- Nitro Anisole with hydrazine hydrate in the presence of Pd/C catalyst. The results show that: for 0. 05 mol p-Nitro anisole, the reaction medium is isopropanol, the temperature 70℃, the mole scale n (p-Nitro anisole) : n (hydrazine hydrate)= 1 : 4, the reaction time 130 min and the yield 88.45%. The structure of the product is certified by way of melting point, elementary analysis and IR.
