摘要
为了深入研究以钢桁架为次梁的Floorpro现浇楼盖体系的受力性能,进行了该结构形式的足尺模型静力加载试验,获得桁架次梁各关键点随外部荷载而变化的应力应变和挠度曲线,并根据试验现象和数据分析掌握了该结构中各部件的受力特性和部件间的传力方式,由此提出简化计算模型,即可将有效作用宽度内的混凝土楼面板视为Floorpro钢桁架次梁的组合上弦,整个组合结构以桁架受力形式为主,各部件中轴力占主导地位,弯矩基本可以忽略.试验结果验证了简化计算模型的合理性和准确性,同时说明该楼盖组合体系具有承载力高、自重轻等特点.
In order to investigate the resisting mechanism of the Floorpro steel joist floor support system, a full scale experiment under static load was conducted to describe the variations of stress, strain and displacement of critical points on steel joist with different loads. The mechanisms of action on each part and transmission between parts were studied and a simplified computing model was proposed based on the experimental analysis. The concrete floor within an effective working flange width can be considered as the combined top chord of steel joist. The mechanism of the whole system is mainly in truss form, which means that axial force is dominant on the parts and moment force is neglectable. Experimental results verify the reasonability and accuracy of the simplified computing model, and show that the new system has heavy-load bearing capability and the characteristic of light weight.
