超声内圆磨削系统中电信号的非接触式传输研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对超声内圆磨削系统中电信号传输方式存在的问题,提出了应用电磁感应原理的新型电信号非接触式传输方式。通过理论分析和实验验证,提出了由超声波电源、非接触传输装置和换能器振子组成的机电系统正常工作时的匹配条件。应用非接触式传输装置设计了新型的超声振动内圆磨头样机,验证了该应用方案的可行性。 A new kind of non - contact electrical signal transmission method based on the principle of electromagnetic to solve the problems of signal transmission in ultrasonic internal grinding system was proposed in this paper. The correct matching condition of the system composed of the ultrasonic signal, the non - contact transmission device and the power converter vibrator was got from theoretical and experimental analysis. With the non - contact transmission device, the new ultrasonic vibration internal grinding system was designed and tested in practical application.
