摘要
通过分析我国老龄化特征以及老年人生理、心理上的特征,阐述了适应老年人的室内和室外空间设计要求,强调了老年住宅设计要人性化的设计思想,以期为老年人创造出安全、健康、舒适的室内外居住环境。
By analyzing the advanced age nature and the characteristic of physiology and mentality of aged in China, the design requirement of indoor and outdoor space adapting aged man was explained, the humanized design idea was stressed to senile residential design, so as to build safe, health, comfortable indoor and outdoor residential environment for aged man.
