摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT后处理重建技术对小儿气道异物的诊断价值。方法:对可疑为气道异物的78例气道异物患儿行多层螺旋CT扫描,对CT薄层图像进行后处理重建,三维重建包括多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR),肺透明化重建(VR)及仿真内窥镜(CTVE)成像。显示气道异物后,再经支气管镜下取出异物。结果:73例显示气道异物的患儿,MPR及CPR直接显示异物69例,4例根据间接肺部征象改变明确异物。VR明确异物52例(占71.2%),CTVE明确异物55例(占75.3%)。结论:多层螺旋CT扫描及其后处理技术能很好的显示气道异物的部位、大小、形态及并发征象,能明显提高气道异物的术前确诊率。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of back-dimensional reconstruction of MSCT in the diagnosis of airway foreign bodies of children.Methods:78 doubtful airway foregion bodies children were scanned with MSCT,then the CT lamellar images were reconstructed included MPR,CPR,VR and CTVE.After the foregin bodies were displayed clearly and then were taken out under bronchoscopes.Results:Among 73 airway foregin bodies children,MPR and CPR directly displayed 69 cases,the other 4 cases were determined by indirect pulmonary signs.VR displayed 52 cases (71.2%),CTVE displayed 55 cases (75.3%).Conclusions: MSCT scanning and the post-processing technology can display the location,size,morphology and signs of foregin bodies clearly,and can increase the diagnostic accuracy of airway foregin bodies.
