摘要
以黄粉虫蛹冻干粉为研究材料,获得了一种超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),PAGE法显示为均一的蛋白谱带。通过在相同时间内,不同pH值、温度对酶的影响,结果表明,意大利蜂蛹中SOD在相同的时间内,pH值为8.35时,有最大的酶活力,pH值高于或低于8.35,酶活力均明显下降;温度在25.5℃左右酶活力最高,40℃时保持活力80%以上,到90℃时没有活力。
In the paper, freeze-drying pupae of Apis mellifer was used as experimental material based on former studies. The purified superoxide dismutase (SOD) was obtained. The analysis with PAGE electropherogram showed that it was a homogeneous protein. The result of the influence of enzyme at the different pH and temperature at the same time showed that the superoxide dismutase would keep the most activity at pH 8.35, and the activity came down;it kept the most activity at the 25.5℃, remain 80% enzyme activity at the 40℃, but lost activity in the 90℃.
