摘要
通过沉降观察和粘度测定,探讨了pH和分散剂聚乙烯亚氨(PEI)对纳米TiC粉末分散性的影响,借助FTIR和Zeta电位测定,测定了颗粒的表面成分和带电性质。结果表明:pH和PEI浓度对粉末的分散性有极大影响,pH和分散剂添加量存在一最佳值,对应的料浆分散性最好;PEI是有效的分散剂,pH=10.07,添加量为0.1181wt%时,能够制得分散稳定的料浆;纳米TiC粉末在无水乙醇中的分散,遵循静电稳定机制。
Influence of pH value and dispersant polyethylene imine (PEI) on dispersibility of nano TiC was investigated by sedimentation and viscosity experiment, surface composition and electric characteristics of particles were measured by FT-IR and Zeta potential. It was showed that pH value and PEI concentration had a great effect on dispersion of nano TiC. PEI addition amount and pH value had an optimal value while the slurry had the best dispersibility; Steady dispersion slurry could be obtained by adjusting pH value equal to 10.07 and adding 0.1181wt%PEI; Nano TiC dispersion in ethyl alcohol was followed electrostatic stability mechanism.
