摘要
电主轴是高速数控机床的核心部件,机床主轴与电机转子间的过盈量是影响主轴性能的重要因素,在传统理论的基础上对此过盈量进行了设计,并利用有限元法对该配合的过盈量进行了校核,仿真模拟了过盈量对配合面间的应力、位移的影响,验证了该联接的可靠性。
Electro-spindle is a critical unit of the high speed machine tool,the interference fit between the spindle and motor rotor is one of the most important factors influencing the performance of the spindle unit. In this paper, the interference fit between the spindle and motor rotor is determined on the basis of the traditional theory ,and verified by using finite element analysis method, by which the strees and strain are analyzed.
