摘要
主轴内孔加工技术的研究是大型电机研制的重要环节。对主轴内孔加工的4种方案进行模态分析,结果表明:对于长径比大的镗杆,在镗杆中部加硬质合金棒和阻尼橡胶,并在橡胶中插圆钢,可改变镗杆的固有频率。这为镗杆谐响应分析及镗杆的其它研究提供了依据。
Spindle hole processing is an important link in large motor development. This paper accomplishes the modal analysis of boring bar which is used to machine the inner hole of a large motor spindle based on four processing schemes. The results show that there are some methods to increase the stiffness and vibration resistance of the boring bar with large aspect ratio,such as putting cemented carbide rod and damping rubber in boring bar. This work has lay a basis for the further study.
