摘要
目的:总结贯彻新的《处方管理办法》过程中出现的的问题,提高门诊电子处方质量。方法:对我院2007年11月～2008年2月门诊电子处方审核过程中发现的问题处方进行统计、分析。结果:在审核139042张处方中,缺陷处方1618张,占处方总数的1.16%。包括一般项目错误、诊断与用药不符、药品错误、剂量单位错误、用法错误、不适当联用等。结论:电子处方提高了工作效率,但存在的问题不容忽视,必须不断完善门诊电子处方系统。
Objective：To analyze the problems emerging in the procedure of implementing new ＂Administrative provision of prescription＂ to improve the quality of electronic prescription in our hospital. Methods： Prescriptions screened by examining and verifying from Nov 2007 to Feb 2008 were classified and analyzed. Results： In all 139 042 examined prescriptions, there were 1,618 problematic prescriptions, accounting for 1.16% of total prescriptions, involving common errors, improper dosage unit, wrong drugs, errors of dosage and usage, and so on. Conclusions： It is necessary for improving quality of electronic prescriptions in out-patient clinic to complete special electronic prescription sub-system, and strength the propaganda, studying and implementing ＂Administrative provision of prescription＂.
