股骨骨折合并2型糖尿病患者术前血糖控制与术后并发症发生关系的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨股骨骨折合并2型糖尿病患者术前血糖控制与术后并发症发生的关系及原因。方法:31例股骨骨折合并2型糖尿病患者按术前血糖控制情况分为血糖控制不利组(11例)和血糖控制良好组(20例),比较两组术后并发症发生率,并分析术前血糖控制与术后并发症发生的关系及原因。结果:血糖控制不利组术后并发症发生率为54.5%(6/11),血糖控制良好组并发症发生率为10.0%(2/20)。结论:股骨骨折合并2型糖尿病患者术前血糖控制不理想可使术后并发症发生率明显增加且后果严重。2型糖尿病手术患者血糖控制理想标准应为:术前〈7mmol/L、术中8~12mmol/L、术后〈7mmol/L。 Objective:To analyze the causes and relationship between blood glucose level controlled and post-operational complications of 31 cases of femoral fracture surgery patients with Ⅱ-type diabetes mellitus. Methods: Monitored 31 cases blood glucose level of Ⅱ-type diabetes mellitus patients and divided into two groups: 11 cases un-ideal and 20 cases ideal according to blood glucose level controlled during in-hospital period. The incidence rate of complications were compared by statistical method. Results:The incidence rate of complications correlating to high blood glucose in un-ideal controlled group was 54. 5 %,while the control ideal group was 10%. Conclusions: Controlled un-ideal blood glucose level would result in the higher incidence rate of post-operational complications and severe consequence increasing sharply in femoral fracture surgery patients with Ⅱ- type diabetes mellitus.
