氢溴酸-浓硫酸法合成1-溴己烷

Synthesis of 1-bromohexane using hydrobromic acid-concentrated sulfuric acid method

摘要 以工业废氢溴酸(48%)为原料,在浓硫酸存在下与正己醇反应,制取1-溴己烷。考察了反应条件对产率的影响,比较合适的反应条件为:n(正己醇):n(氢溴酸):n(浓硫酸)=1:1.15:1.38,反应时间3h,反应温度110—115℃。产率达96.3%。放大及重复实验同样得到了较高的、稳定的产率,说明该方案具有很好的再现性,粗产品经气相色谱分析证明无副产物。 1-Bromohexane was synthesized from waste industrial hydrobromic acid (48%) and n-hexanol using concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalyst. Various factors affecting the reaction were investigated. The optimal condition was as follow:the molar ratio of n-hexanol: hydrobromic acid:concentrated sulfuric acid was 1 : 1.15 : 1.38, the reaction mixture was refluxed for 3 h, the reaction temperature was 110 - 115 ℃ ,and the yield of isolated 1-bromohexane was up to 96.3%. A steady yield could be achieved through the scale-up and repeated experiments, indicating to the repeatability of this method. The crude product was analyzed by GC,and no by-product was detected.
