奶牛代谢蛋白及氨基酸饲喂状况调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探明南方奶牛养殖的限制因素,选择浙江嘉兴地区5个典型奶牛场,调查高产奶牛日粮中代谢蛋白(MP)的供应量及典型日粮中RDP(瘤胃降解蛋白)、RUP(瘤胃非降解蛋白)及MP的供给量,并探讨南方奶牛场典型日粮中的限制性氨基酸。结果表明,南方地区奶牛日粮中代谢蛋白含量偏高,并对繁殖造成一定影响,而日粮提供的代谢蛋白中氨基酸含量不平衡,普遍缺乏蛋氨酸和赖氨酸。
