摘要
针对炼钢工艺中吹氩流量控制的缺点,提出基于模糊理论的控制方案,采用可编程序控制器作为控制器,应用PCM脉冲编码技术,对钢包吹氩流量进行自动精确地控制。该系统已在数家炼钢厂投入使用。
Given the disadvantage of the argon bottom-blowing system in steel-making techniques, a control scheme based upon the fuzzy theory is brought forward. The argon flux is controlled automatically and accurately by PCM with PLC as the controller. The intelligent control system has been used by several steelworks.
