摘要
目的调查正在接受降压治疗的高血压患者对高血压诊断标准知晓的情况,并分析其中相关影响因素。方法1480例(男1013例,女性467例;平均年龄61.6±13.7岁)正在予以药物降压治疗的高血压患者,单因素和多因素分析性别、年龄、病史、学历、家族史、有无症状、医生建议、血压等级与高血压诊断标准知晓率的相关性。结果总知晓率为42.1%,性别、年龄、病程、学历、家族史、症状、医生建议与高血压诊断标准知晓率显著相关,血压等级(P=0.124)与高血压诊断标准知晓率无相关性。结论高血压患者对高血压诊断标准知晓率为42.1%,必需加强高血压患者的高血压知识宣教。
Objective To investigate the awareness rate of hypertension diagnostic criteria in antihypertensive patients. Methods 1480 patients of hypertension （ men 1013and women 467, mean age 61.6 ± 13.7） with antihypertensive treatment. Simplex and multiplicity analysis correlation of among sex, age, case history, educational background, symptoms, recommendation of doctors, blood pressure grade and the awareness rate of hypertension diagnostic criteria. Results The awareness rate of hypertension diagnostic criteria is 42.1% and significantly influenced by sex, age, case history, educational background, symptoms, recommendation of doctors, except of blood pressure grade. Conclusion The Awareness Rates of Hypertension Diagnostic Criteria is 42.1% , It is necessary to carry out hypertensive education, strengthen the training of hypertensive prevention and management to doctors and patients.
