摘要
测试了松生拟层孔菌(Fomitopsis pinicola)、洁丽香菇(Lentinus lepideus)、桦褶孔菌(Lenzites betulina)、黑木耳(Auricularia auricular)、硫磺菌(Laetiporus sulphureus)、裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)、粗皮侧耳(Pleu-rotus ostreatus)、杂色云芝(Coriolus versicolor)、密粘褶菌(Gloeophyllum trabeum)、虎掌菌(Tremellodon gelatino-sum)、灵芝(Ganodermalucidum)、绣球菌(Sparassis crispa)和茯苓(Poriacocos)13种木腐菌的22个菌株对松材线虫繁殖的影响。结果表明,除裂褶菌以外,其他菌株都能抑制松材线虫的繁殖。松材线虫在松生拟层孔菌W10和W11菌株、硫磺菌5452和6600菌株、粗皮侧耳6221菌株、虎掌菌6320菌株、茯苓6284菌株和灵芝6501菌株菌落上完全不能存活。
Twenty-two strains of thirteen wood decaying fungi (Fomitopsis pinicola, Lentinus lepideus , Lenzites betulina , Auricularia auricula , Laetiporus sulphureus , Schizophyllum commune, Pleurotus ostreatus , Coriolus versicolor , Gloeophyllum trabeum , Tremellodon gelatinosum, Ganoderma lucidum, Sparassis crispa and Poria cocos) were examined for their effects on population growth of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. The results indicated that all these strains of wood decaying fungi, except Schizophyllum commune, inhibit propagation of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, which can not survive in the colonies of strains W10 and Wll of Fomitopsis pinicola, strains 5452 and 6600 of Laetiporus sulphureus, strain 6221 of Pleurotus ostreatus, strain 6320 of Tremellodon gelatinosum, stain 6501 of Ganoderma lucidum and strain 6284 of Poria cocos.
