摘要
对聚合物水泥基复合防水涂膜的微观结构进行了研究,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了涂膜的显微结构和物相形态,X射线确定了涂膜中的物相组成,红外光谱确定各种基团的存在及变化。并根据研究结果,分析了聚合物水泥基复合防水涂料的成膜过程和涂膜结构。
Microstructure of polymer-cement compounded waterproof coating was studied. Microstructure and phase morphology of the coating were observed by SEM, phase configuration of the coating was determined by XRD, existence and change of various radicals were analysed by IR. Based on testing results, film forming process and structure of polymer-cement compounded waterproof coating were discussed.
