摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜辅助结直肠肿瘤根治手术的安全性、有效性。方法回顾分析施行腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤根治手术的65例患者资料。结果患者均完成腹腔镜手术,平均手术时间2.7h。术中出血平均60mL。术后16例出现不同并发症,经对症保守治疗痊愈。无术后出血、吻合口瘘、手术死亡等并发症。结论腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤根治手术短期效果基本同传统开腹手术,但应严格掌握适应证,熟练掌握腹腔镜手术技术。
Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of laparoscopic resection for rectal carcinoma. Methods Retrospectively reviewed 65 cases undergoing laparoscopic resection for rectal carcinoma. Results Laparoscopic surgery was completed successfully in all patients. The average operation time was 2.Th,the mean intra-operative blood loss was 60mL. 16 cases had postoperative complications,without postoperative bleeding,anastomotic leak and operative death. Conclusion Laparoscopic resection for rectal carcinoma is safe and effective with indication relatively. But we must have well selection and good skill of laparoscopic surgery.
