摘要
从我国高校图书馆建设在“九五”期间将面临的新形势入手。
The new ideas are:①to develop richer document resource ②to strive for larger geographical space;③to obtain more benefits from investment;④to do library service on a higher level;and⑤to manage library work more scientifically.
