三通分流注水器的设计及其在脂肪抽吸术中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:提高脂肪抽吸术中膨胀液的注射效率,减轻患者痛苦,降低劳动强度。方法:应用自行设计的三通分流注水器对86例脂肪抽吸患者进行膨胀液注水,采用自身对照的方法与注射器及注水机进行临床比较。结果:①与注射器注水比较,三通分流注水器明显缩短注水时间(P<0.01)、减轻疼痛程度(P<0.05);②与注水机注水比较,三通分流注水器明显缩短注水时间,减轻疼痛程度,减少注射过程中膨胀液损失量(P<0.01)。结论:三通分流注水法注水效率高,省时省力,并有效缓解患者的痛苦,可在临床推广应用。 Objective The three-way shunt refiller was designOed to increase the efficiency of tumescent injection, alleviate distress of patients and decrease labor intensity of the surgeon. Methods The three-way shunt refiller was used in 86 patients undergoing tumescent liposuction. The result was compared with syringe and refiller injection by means of own control. Results①Compared with syringe injection, the three-way shunt refiller significantly shortened injection time (P〈0.01)and lessened the patient's suffering (P〈0.05). ②Compared with the water refiller, the three-way shunt refiller , besides shortening injection time and lessening the suffering, decreased the loss of tumescent liquid during the injection process (P〈0.01). Conclusion The three-way shunt refiller with the advantages of increasing the injection efficiency, saving time and labor, and lessening patient suffering has a good prospect of application
