Based on the fundamental characteristics of the information market,this article holds that when we participate in competition in information market we should build our own target market other than forcibly occupy existing information market with other's information products Furthermore,based on the fundamental duty and characteristics of national defence sci tech information institutions,the article raises the concept of “in house information market” for the first time It points out that we should develop “in house information market”first and at the same time develop social and international market Finally,it emphasizes that skilled technicians are the key to develop information market
