摘要
针对收益管理应用的行业特点,本文在Robert Cross提出的7条核心观点的基础之上,增加了"以收益最大化驱动利润最大化"的新观点;从系统分析的角度构建了收益管理核心观点的层次结构,将8项核心观点划分为理念层、技术层和操作层3个层次,阐述了核心观点的内涵与相关性。
This paper introduces the basic philosophy of revenue management. Based on the theoretical and practical analysis, a new concept that replacing cost-oriented management with revenue-oriented management is added to the seven core concepts provided by Robert Cross. It divided the eight core concepts into three layers, the concept layer including two core ideas, the method layer including three managerial principles, the operational layer including three guidelines for practice. It also gives some explanation and comments on these concepts and their relations.
