摘要
采用半连续式布置的型钢轧机生产型材时,坯料在精轧机组的第一架轧制时会因坯料截面尺寸、表面温差等因素受到冲击作用。根据轧制力经验型公式分析影响冲击的主要因素,建立有限元模型,并用该模型分析了各因素对冲击力的影响。文中给出了影响因素的调整区间并提出了一些改进生产的建议。
In the process of H-beam rolling with semi-continuous hot-H-beam mills, the blank that pass through the first universal mill in finishing mill group is easily to be impacted due to blank section size and surface temperature factors. Based on roll force experiential formulation, this paper analyzes main factors that affect the impaction and establishes a finite element model. The factors to influence impact force and their adjustable ranges are given. In addition, some suggestions are also put forward that can be used in the improvement of rolling production.
