摘要 以(S)-4-苯基-3-戊烯酰基-2-噁唑烷酮为起始原料,以不对称的Aldol反式羟醛缩合反应和付-克反应为关键步骤,合成了(+)-Talaumidin,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和ESI-MS表征。 ( + ) -Talaumidin was synthesized from (S) -3-pentenoyl-4-phenyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one by asymmetric Aldol reaction and F - C reaction as key steps. The structure was confirmed by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and ESI-MS.
