根癌农杆菌介导转化抗虫基因获得转基因烟草 被引量:6

摘要 将抗虫PI基因构建到pIG121Hm质粒的T-DNA上,利用农杆菌LBA4404介导转化烟草,获再生植株.经GUS检测和Dotblot分析,证实外源基因已插入植物细胞基因组中,再生植株的转化率为64.3%. Plant expression vector with resistance insect gene (PI) has been obtained by inserting PI gene into the T DNA of binary pIG121Hm Vector Tobacco was transformed with A tumefaciens LBA4404 containing PI gene The Gus assay and Dot blot analysis from regenerated plants indicate that PI gene has been introduced into tobacco genome by T DNA. 64 3% transgenic plants was obtained
