摘要
将抗虫PI基因构建到pIG121Hm质粒的T-DNA上,利用农杆菌LBA4404介导转化烟草,获再生植株.经GUS检测和Dotblot分析,证实外源基因已插入植物细胞基因组中,再生植株的转化率为64.3%.
