摘要
蓖麻油与马来酸酐(顺丁烯二酸酐)酯化,生成蓖麻油马来酸酐单酯,生成产物与乙烯基类单体共聚,得到两亲结构的共聚大分子(聚合物加脂剂)。通过研究反应温度、反应时间、引发剂质量分数、单体配比对产物性能的影响,以及分析产物的应用效果,得到了最佳的合成工艺条件:蓖麻油与马来酸酐在110℃反应3 h,得到蓖麻油马来酸酐单酯;在n(蓖麻油马来酸酐单酯)∶n(丙烯酸类单体)为1∶1.5、引发剂的质量分数2.0%、反应温度75℃条件下进行共聚反应2 h,得到聚合物加脂剂。
Castor oil - maleic acid monoester was produced by esterification from castor oil and maleic anhydide, then amphiphlic copolymer was obtained by copolymerizing castor oil - maleic acid monoester and acrylic monomer. The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained by studying the effect of temperature, time and initiator concentration as well as monomer ratio on properties of product and analyzing the application results. The esterification reaction was carried out in the conditions of 110 ℃ for 3 h, the copolymerizing conditions were as follows : molar ratio of castor oil - maleic acid monoester to acrylic monomer 1 : 1.5, the initiator dosage 2.0% (based on the mass of monomers), reaction temperature 75 ℃, time 2 h.
