摘要
将城市污水厂的脱水污泥与高岭土复合,并添加土壤固化酶来制作垃圾填埋场的防渗材料。抗渗试验结果表明,添加土壤固化酶能够显著改善抗渗透性能,其最佳掺入量为0.4mL/10kg;在最佳土壤固化酶掺入量及300kPa的压实压强下,24h后污泥填埋土的垂直渗透系数比不加固化酶的低36%,达到10-7cm/s的数量级,满足垃圾填埋场防渗衬层标准。
The anti-seepage material for landfill site was prepared by mixing dewatered sludge from municipal sewage treatment plant with kaolin and adding enzymes for soil stabilization. The results of anti-seepage experiment show that addition of enzymes for soil stabilization can significantly improve antiseepage performance, and its optimal addition quantity is 0.4 mL/10 kg. Under the optimal addition quantity of enzymes for soil stabilization and compaction pressure of 300 kPa, the vertical permeability coefficient of anti-seepage material with enzymes for soil stabilization is 36% less than that without enzymes for soil stabilization after 24 h, and reaches 10 -7 cm/s grade which meets the criterion for the anti-seepage lining for landfill site.
