摘要
丙烯高温氯化制备环氧氯丙烷和环氧丙烷副产物(D-D混剂)经蒸馏制得1,2-二氯丙烷。其具有卤代烃属性,不易燃烧,毒性低于"三苯"溶剂,溶解力较强,可用作各类醇酸漆、丙烯酸漆、聚氨酯漆及聚酰氨油墨的溶剂、稀释剂,替代二氯甲烷生产脱漆剂。
This article has described the byproduct 1,2 -dichloropropane, which is prepared by distillation of D - D component that are byproduct during chlorination of propylene. It shows properties of halohydrocarbon, low flammability, toxicity lower than benzene derivative solvents, solvency is strong, and can be used as solvent or diluent in alkyd, acrylic or PU coatings and polyamide inks. Meanwhile it can be used as paint remover to replace 1,2 - dichloromethane.
